When you’re mining in 0.0 or low sec, the normal procedure would be to kill spawn as soon as it shows or even evacuating your miners, but there is much easier ISK price way:

When you get an aggro on your tank and _do not shot back_, belt npcs will _never_ change target.

Yes, it’s that simple: All you need trail-alt friggie/ceptor that will orbit the spawn (make sure it doesn’t have web on http://npc.elfarto.com/index.php!) and you can safely mine as long as you want. Heck!, even your mid-sec macro miners can be protected from spawn this way. Buy EVE ISK
